Reviews and Ratings
I woke up to the beautiful sunrise facing east at the little table, but the room didn't match the description I booked under at Bouquet and The Cellar. The hotel made the wedding party, including all of the families, feel special with professional service, but there was a lame excuse made despite a complete shift change with new faces. The location was perfect, very central and easy to get to other wineries with beautiful surroundings. The dining experience at Bouquet overlooking the vineyard was enjoyable, but there were some shortcomings with the traditional food.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were perfect with complimentary slippers, robes, and luxurious aroma shampoo and body wash. The addition of Starbucks coffee was a delightful touch. Every penny spent here was truly worth it, and I appreciated the spacious and clean room that met all our needs. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and we tipped with pleasure as they provided above-and-beyond customer service. The location was excellent, offering a lovely view of the pond and vineyards and easy access to local wineries. The dining experience was enjoyable, especially with a wine tasting at the Vineyard. The only downside was the slow service during breakfast, but overall, it was a fantastic experience.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were excellent and beautiful, offering a lovely view of the grounds; however, they had full-sized mattresses instead of queen as advertised. The service was friendly and welcoming, although not very helpful when it came to wines and information about the local area. The location was perfect for exploring wineries and enjoying a peaceful escape. The dining experience, while overlooking the vineyard and offering delicious options, had limited morning hours. Overall, a great place to stay.
The hotel was extraordinary; the rooms were like sleeping in a cloud with complimentary amenities, including slippers and robes. The staff was welcoming and helpful, but lacked a bit of enthusiasm with luggage assistance. The location was gorgeous, making me feel like I was in a vineyard in Spain. The dining experience was wonderful, although it could use a few additions. The facilities were top-notch, with great offerings.
The rooms were some of the best I've ever stayed in, a bit like a Spartan Vegas room where they want you out with the wine instead of living too much in the room. The connected rooms through a doorway that could be locked from either side were fully appointed and had a Keurig coffee maker with Maude's coffees. The tasting room was large and had some nice retail items.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a nice balcony but can feel crowded. The service goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable. The location directly on the Ponte vineyard is gorgeous, but there is limited space during busy hours. The dining experience is splendid with a nice selection of dishes, and the facilities are well-equipped to support your needs.
